We combine structured strength training with personalized coaching to support your body through every layer: movement, nutrition, and daily habits. Includes: Personalized 12-week strength program (2x/week, 50-minute in-gym sessions), weekly 1:1 coaching calls (30–45 minutes), hormone-aware habit and lifestyle coaching, nutrition guidance to support metabolism and energy, mindset and accountability support, ongoing progress tracking and adjustments You can expect to: Rebuild strength and support your metabolism, improve energy, sleep, and recovery, reduce stress and feel more confident in your body, create sustainable habits that carry beyond the program
